4.       The Company, within 7 days of receipt of goods must receive all claims for shortages by customer, specifying Invoice No., and description of goods.

6.       All orders are accepted, invoiced and delivered on a FIRM SALE basis.

7.       If payment is not received by the due date, The Company can stop supply to the customer without notice, and may, without further notice, refuse to supply on a credit basis.

8.       The customer must pay all and any costs incurred by The Company to collect outstanding amounts, including agents or solicitors appointed for the purpose.

9.       Title to the goods supplied to a customer by The Company remains with The Company until The Company has been paid in full, and the proceeds of any cheques, drafts, credit transfers have been paid to the account of The Company.   In the event that payment is not received by the due date, the customer acknowledges that The Company is entitled to enter the customer’s premises and repossess the goods.   The customer is holding the goods as a bailee only, and must keep the goods free of encumbrances and in good condition until title passes to the customer.

10.     Prices are subject to change without notice.

11.     While all care is undertaken The Company in no way guarantees the absolute accuracy, freedom from errors or omissions, with regard to any advertising material issued by The Company or its Agents.

12.     Authors opinions do not necessarily represent the opinions of The Company.

13.     In the event of The Company being prevented from or delayed in complying with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of Supply, due to any event or circumstances beyond The Company’s reasonable control, then obligation to comply with the Terms and Conditions of  Sale will be suspended during the time that The Company is affected.
